Any commercial undertaking between Tonbridge Battle of Britain Museum and any third party, such as using when using our website and/or placing an order for our products, services & publications, you confirm your agreement to the following terms & conditions.
An agreement for Tonbridge Battle of Britain Museum to sell you our products, services & publications is made on these terms when we accept an order made by you via our website or have accepted a quote from us via email. The description of the product, service or publication and the price are set out either on the websites product details page or described on an email from us. We will confirm acceptance of your order on-screen or by email.

We aim to give you an up-to-date description of all of our products, services & publications. However, due to continuous update of our products, there may be slight variations in the product description and the actual product, service or publication. As with the fast moving nature of today’s business world, there may be a small amount of information which is out of date.
- The quantity and description of the product, service or publication will be those set out in your order confirmation/invoice sent via email by Tonbridge Battle of Britain Museum.
- Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of the Tonbridge Battle of Britain Museum.
- The price of any Product, Service or Publication will be shown on the website or quoted at the time of ordering via email.
We accept all website based orders via PayPal and credit cards and will charge you for payment upon receipt of order. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the right payment details.
For non-website services (such as some memorabilia items) will send an invoice via email.
We will take all reasonable care to keep all information connected with your order secure but we cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including credit and account details you provide when accessing or ordering from this website, unless this is solely due to our negligence.
We will deliver our Products, Services or Publications via post, courier or email to the address you specify for delivery on your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the product, service or publication once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
We aim to despatch the products, services or publications within 3 working day of acceptance of your order (except Weekends & UK Bank Holidays). If despatch is delayed we will contact you to keep you advised.
For non-website based services, the customer will be quoted and expected time for delivery and be informed if there are any difficulties meeting the delivery while undertaking the project.
Copyright & Ownership
The products, services & publications which we supply are covered by copyright and may be used by the purchaser for their own reference purposes.
They may not be used as a basis for any form of copying of the whole or part of the product, service or publication, no part of the product, service or publication may be used for compiling another product, service or publication, without our written consent from Tonbridge Battle of Britain Museum. Any breach of this copyright may result in legal proceedings.
The products, services and publications are supplied on a firm order basis and are not supplied on approval or a sale or return basis. Permission to return the product, service or publication for whatever reason must first be obtained from the Tonbridge Battle of Britain Museum.
Should there be any damage or physical defect in the product, service or publication when received, we will replace them free of charge within 5 working days.
Any product, service or publications which need to be returned, should be disptached to: Tonbridge Battle of Britain Museum, 67 Coventry Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN10 4QB. This will be at the customers expense.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
