These are artifacts from Spitfire P9364, flown by Sargent Pilot Ernest Scott, 222 Squadron, shot down on the 27th September, 1940. Shown clockwise from top left: Emergency undercarriage cylinder, the remains of his Maywest innertube, the workings of the elevator trims, the inner skin of the cockpit with the engine limitations plate and undercarriage warning plate.
